I saw your "win 500€ summer spending money" contest after logging in 365 online. On the page where you ask our information, if you click on "Terms and Conditions", you go to a page that only says "** put text here**".

You may want to update it with actual terms and conditions and privacy policy.

We have been in touch with our Online Team and they have confirmed that it has now been taken down. The competition page along with full terms and conditions will be available to view from tomorrow morning on Banking 365 Online.

We’ve looked into this for you and when logged onto the 365 Home screen, the banner across the top of the page will display product & service offerings and from time to time competitions that are specifically tailored to individual customer’s profiles.  Keep an eye on this banner for future offerings available to your customer account profile.
