My bus gets in around 1pm and I have to be in Dawson St (european union house) for 1:30pm, how far apart are they?

Opposite sides of the city. Google maps will give you distance and walking times

That's right through the mess that is the Luas cross-city roadworks.

Hard to say, in a taxi you could be across in 5 minutes, or it could take you half the day :eek:

If you can walk at a decent pace you'll make it no problem (assuming your bus gets in on time!)

You've plenty of time. Walk should only take 15 mins tops. It will probably take as long in a taxi.

Pleanty of time to get there if you go a certain way. Walking would be much faster. What bus are you getting into the city?

Cross the street to Connolly Luas stop and you can get the 14 or 15 to Nassau Street / Kildare Street.

I'd just walk, it's like 15 minutes. Better than hanging around on public transport or a taxi and neither will be faster really.

Have you checked to see if your Bus does a drop off on Bachelor's Quay or Eden Quay? If it does, get off there instead.
