How to help an estranged family member

    Hi,

    My sister cut her self from my family nearly 2 years ago. We have had a difficult 2 years but realise that we do not know how to resolve this issue. The estrangement occurred due to my sister having mental health issues and another extended family member using her to settle a grudge she had with the family. We worry that she is not getting the help that she needs but do not know where to turn. Does anyone know of an expert/specialist that provides advice or guidance on engaging with estranged family members? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
