help me identify plant please

    spotted this in an estate near my house - its been flowering for weeks now so definitely want to plant iin my own patch . Anyone know what it is??

    Not the best of pictures but my guess is one of the Nicotiana's

    Some of which have a Scent and flowers most of the growing season, All are annuals?
