Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bring the reservation number, which you would have been supplied with and bring it to the ticket desk. Why can't you bring the card, yo?

Depends on the cinema I'd think - last one I was in I tapped the confirmation number into the machine and it printed them there and then.

Only need the reference number and they usually send you a confirmation email containing this.
