    So I bought my kids an Xbox 360 off a guy online and I can't sign out of the netflix to log into our own account, also can't get in touch with the guy for him to do it, I'm getting to the page where I've to sign out but it won't let me... Someone help please I'm cracking up :(

    Hold on, you want to sign him out of his Netflix account so you can sign into your own? Sure why bother? :confused:

    I'd imagine if it's for their kids then they want to make sure it's a kid friendly account.

    Just delete the app and redownload it. Should do the trick.

    His is deactivated but not signred out

    Try this.

    Go to System settings > Memory > Harddrive > Games> Netflix:
    Delete Member Credentials

    There's also this:

    Launch the Netflix app.
    Using the arrows on your controller, enter the following sequence:
    Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up
    Once the Diagnostics screen appears, select Log in again.
    You will now be given the option to sign in as a different Netflix member.

    Not sure if either will work to be honest, but it's worth a shot.

    You could also set the app to ONLY be used with a given Xbox Profile.

    Then delete the profile and create and new Xbox profile. When you go to launch the Netflix App it should ask you to login.
