Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A few weeks on the bog, or milking a herd of cows, shearing sheep.

In all seriousness, strength will come when your body develops.
Don't try and force it too young.
Some of the biggest most talented young lads never make it to county senior.
I'd go to a sensible and qualified strength and conditioning coach and talk to them about your concerns.
They should be able to give advice and coaching and give you a program to follow.

It should be mainly bodyweight orientated, focussing on correct form, body control in movements, getting your joints opened up and moving properly and improving suppleness.
