no notification of fee's

    hi i have not received any notification of fee's to either my personal account and my joint account, either by post or e-statement/e-mail.   i signed up to receive e-statements for the joint acc, as i forgot my details for online for my personal acc. but still no contact about when fee's were taken, lucky i had money there to cover but still, this is very unprofessional. Who do i contact about this and has anyone else had this problem.
