Getting Full Mortgage Approval with two banks ok?

    I have full approval with PTSB currently and was wondering if I get full approval off AIB and don't use it, will they charge me for wasting their time?

    AIB's rates look better after their recent cut.

    No, you can always say you changed your mind. I got approval from a second bank to squeeze concessions from my own bank, worked a treat and saved me a bundle.
