Refuse collection/rates Tramore area

Can anyone recommend me a refuse company to go with, Im already with greenstar but they've put up their standing charge twice this year already. Its now €8.25 per month and then on top of that for each refuse lift it is €12.80 and for each recycling lift it is €3.20. Is their better deals out there than that?
