Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you just boil it? How do you keep it fresh?

I'm asking people close by to see if there is a spring around.

Why are you looking to dechlorinate the water? There are several aquarium products to remove chlorine from tap water. I don't recall if they are labelled as safe to drink, but if they're safe for fish to live in I guess they'd be ok.

I believe chlorine evaporates from water that is left to stand for, say, 5 minutes. But I might be wrong on that. Leastways any tap water I drink straight may have a feint taste of it but not if I leave the water to stand.

It takes a bit longer than that; more like overnight, and chloramines aren't affected by it.

I'm not sure what you mean by that reply Euser, but either way, the Animals and Pets forum is not the place to ask about dechlorinating water. The DIY forum might be more apt.
    Thanks,
