Cannot Add Payee

    Hi, 
    Im trying to add an AIB account as a payee account on 365online.
    But I keep getting the "This Payee cannot be added at this time" message.
    Cen Fath?

    Hi Maldini,

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    We would advise you to check with the person you are adding as a Payee to ensure you have the correct IBAN and BIC details. Also please check with the Payee that the account type accepts online transfers.

    If after this you are still having difficulty adding the Payee please call BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to check this for you.
