750Ti or an R9 270X are far more powerful than OP needs for CSGO and Dota. The 970 can play pretty much any game you want, so no need if that's all you play.

I'd get a BitFenix or Lian Li case with your budget if you wanted to pay for them, they look sweet as hell imo.

kinda looking for a mother board i had a z77 but a terrible psu , and it blew my mobo and my gfx card if you have any recommendations on what will work with a i5 3570k be much appiercated

Any of those will. Z77s are expensive, be warned.

New board, 400w PSU, 750Ti or 270X with a decent case shouldn't push you past €450
