    Hi,

    Just wondering if it'd be possible to get a meter key sent out to me. I'm getting estimated bills at the moment and would like to be able to submit the readings myself.

    Hi dantemon,

    We can certainly arrange this for you. For account security, can you please confirm the following details for us via private message:

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
