Along with all my other stuff I have a hit list of drugs just in case I did need to raid a pharmacy so I'd at least have some idea of what to go for. Problem is as I write this I can't for the life of me remember where I put it  but it will be on the computer somewhere so I'll print it out again and put it somewhere safe.

The auld laptop scores highly here. A lot of reference stuff can be stored there, how-to, maps, recipes, diagrams, movies, songs, etc. And all you need after ZA day is a solar charger.

44GB and rising in my Survival folder (practical survival stuff). Plus all of the Discovery Series OS maps for the country (407MB).

Without antihistamines I'm a snotty, sniffy uncomfortable itchy mess so keep at least a 12 month supply.
It's possible that some people's health may improve a fair bit in a post apocalyptic world. It would likely be a more active lifestyle with a lower calorie intake. Stone age people were very fit and healthy people.

If you currently live in a city you'll have an immune system that's more than capable of tackling anything in the country (cities are cesspits when it comes to diseases), there will be less toxins to deal with in general.

But, where would all the porn go?
