Lawn mower Spayer

Hi looking to make a lawn sprayer, any idea on what types of pump/ nozzles to get? Going to make it out of a 35 barrel and make up bracket so i can mount it on the back of the lawn mower. I have 1/2 acre of lawn to spray so this should speed thing up a bit.
