ehhh actualkly more than a few racing drivers have been caught doing speeds in that region.
Hill, Prost, Villeneuve Snr, to name some of the older guys have all been caught doing high speeds, sometimes in quiet ordinary cars.

Reminds me of the story of UK cop who pulled in a speeding driver, walks back to him and asks "Who do you think you are, then, Nigel Mans . . . "

AAIU report into the crash of G-BXTH released:

    http://www.aaiu.ie/node/1039

Summary: resulted entirely from pilot's poor decision. Maximum tip-clearance at the landing site was 810mm! As the report says:
The chosen location was inappropriate and wholly unsuitable for a helicopter landing.

The pilot was very honest in his statements but the investigation also revealed other non-contributory naughtiness, such as him not being type-rated and the heli not having a valid release to fly in Ireland.

Possibly well out of time at this stage.

Surely there will be some form of prosecution here. The report is fairly black and white.

    You mean statute of limitations?
