    Either it's a typo or pure greed .....hoping to cash in on Arts festival and Race week I would guess...

    It can accommodate at least 8 people, around 300 each, i dont see the issue. A hotel for Race Week would set you back a lot more.

    Yea, €300 a week for a room is actually a pretty good price for accommodation.

    As long as it's above board (income declared, insurance etc) I don't see what the issue is.
    They can advertise for what they want and if they demand is there to match I am sure they will get what they are asking.
    No more than hotels jacking up room prices during popular events.
