Hi, not entirely sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum. If it's not the most appropriate place, maybe one of the Mods will move it.

I come from a degree with a strong Maths background and I'm looking into possibly changing career. I'm considering applying for the MSc in Business and Management with IPA, accredited by UCD. Has anyone here any experience of this or a similar Masters? Any idea on the types and availability of job opportunities with this type of masters?

The course has key modules and then students specialise in either Financial Management or HR. No idea which I would go for but with my previous Maths experience, I'd probably lean more towards Financial Management. Has anyone with experience working or studying in these areas got any advice?

I'm currently out of work and will be applying via Springboard. Here's the link, http://www.springboardcourses.ie/details/3913 . I'm slightly concerned that on IPA's own website this was previously listed as a two year course, and this year it's running from Sept to August.

Hello Mods, would it be okay to repost this in Business forum, or somewhere else where I might get a bit of feedback? Don't want to step on any toes if it wouldn't be welcome in another forum.
