Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There's been a few threads mentioning this, going back years too, but couldn't find one directly about it.

Having watched it today it puts a whole different spin on those photos that were floating around the internet. The slightly closer to finished product Cage looked very decent in.

It's a very, very interesting documentary and really good that the maker doesn't really get too involved at all, just lets the people involved tell their stories. The Christopher Walken/Kevin Spacey plan was really bizarre but pretty interesting too. Jon Peters comes across as a bit of a dick though and seems to take credit for almost everything, taking the Skull Ship when he did was a pretty ****ty thing to do as well.

Fascinating on how movie productions can go though, the amount of concept art alone is staggering.

Real credit to them that they managed to get Kevin Smith to contribute to this. Seriously though, it's a documentary that I am looking forward to.

Really good piece I was worried it might be a bit "fanwank" but ended up really good showcasing the behind the scenes of a film the politics and ego of Jon Peters especially. Considering what Burton did with Batman I would have actually like to seen his take on Superman

I liked the remark/comment about Joel Schumacher not only ruining Burton's Batman franchise but Superman aswell.

Kevin Smith's story on his first Q&A is great

Not sure if that's in the doc

Didn't know this was out yet. Is it available to buy/rent online or is it an Amazon job?

From here http://www.tdoslwh.com/ very good only missing Nick Cage whom declined due to issues with "the way the fans treated him"

Enjoyable documentary, Burton's take would have been an interesting watch, a slightly brighter Batman feel yet radically different from what went from Superman before, I thought from the kickstarter pledge they initially came out with promised more than what we actually get in this documentary, must see for Superman fans
