Macbook Pro Battery Replacement

Hi all, Can anyone tell me the normal way to replace an old battery in a macbook pro (2011). I'm only getting a couple of hours from it. I'd imagine if I send it back to apple that I'll pay through the nose for it. I can try it myself but would appreciate a good recommendation for where to buy the battery. Thanks!

I know in the USA it's $129 or so. Sorry no recommendations on how to do it yourself, they strongly recommend you don't do that .
