    hi,

    I have an unpaid direct debit since yesterday (Friday), when will the money be taken out again as we are getting paid on Monday and I want to make sure the bill is paid this time.

    Thank you for your post.

    Where a direct debit returns unpaid, we go again for collection in two weeks once the payment appears as returned on our records. Sometimes, this can take a few days to complete. We can look into your account for you if you wish to check if it has returned on our system.

    For account security, can you please confirm the following details for us:

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
