Don't work there, but...

the external management are... frugal.

Plant has a high turnover of staff, making heavy use of contracts under a year in length; and a foolishly low renewal rate.

If you're sensitive to heat, then you might want to consider that the densely placed molding machines and factory equipment + alu-clad building when hit by any sun can have you pouring sweat before you start working.
