eMobile - does 4G work? How's customer service?

I thought the eMobile offer looked good at 24/month on 30 day contract, unlimited calls, 15GB, 4G. But I can't sign up online - they ask business customers to call 1800245438 and all I get on that after trying a couple of times is horrible jangly music on hold. Is there a way to order this online? In case any other customers read this - what is emobile phone support like?
I'm currently on Tescomobile, contract expires this week, wanted to switch because of eMobile claim to offer 4G. Cost and other terms look similar. Is 4G claim true and what about customer service?
