Digger cut phone line/what to do?

    Hi,
    As the title suggests we were starting some landscaping today and first day out digger cuts the phone cable running from the house to the road. Where is best to contact about this? Do Eircom fix it/at a charge? Thanks for any help you can offer. Disaster :(

    Please report this to eircoms line faults department (It will be best if you have the number of an affected line)

    Once this is logged it will be escalated to eircoms engineers to resolve with an average targeted resolution timeframe of up to 3 to 4 days.
