Cancelled mailbox but still charged

Hi I cancelled my Eircom mailbox a few months ago but noticed that I'm still being charged. Can you please look into this for me? Regards J

Sorry Alan can't remeber the exact date but was at least 3-4 months ago. If there is a record of my last contact around that time then that would be it?

Apologies for the delays jspuds

The order to remove the mailbox has now been placed and it will be removed within 24 hours. I have also arranged a four month refund for the cost of the mailbox.

Thanks Alan, just to clarify the mailbox has been removed already when I last rang but thanks for arranging the refund.
Can you please confirm that this charge will be removed from my bill from now on?
