Cascade hop dosing

I be presently doing up a summare IPA ale kit for the last few days. I also bought some Cascade hops with the kit. What quantity and seeping time would be recommended prior bottling?

5 days is usually a good number, stick in about 3-4 ounces if you're going for a US style IPA on a 20L batch

I'd normally use about 60-80g. As RasTa says, 5 days is good. Try not to let it sit for more than 7 days as you can sometimes get grassy flavours then.
