MA in philosophy funding

Hi, I hope to do an MA in philosophy over the next few years. I cannot get a grant as i have already done an MA in Economics. Does anyone know of any funding available to cover course fees. Im open to travel within Ireland and also to an another english speaking country. Thanks Kevin
