    Water Outage Station Rd, Moyne Rd, The Kilns,The Links & Seabrook Manor, Portmarnock for essential works. Water expected to be back by 5pm

    And again. This seems to be affecting Portmarnock too:

    Water will be off to part of #Baldoyle to facilitate the change of a meter on the mains. It is expected to have water turned back on by 3pm.
