    Hey,

Ok I'm kinda in a similar situation to most people at the moment. I'm stuck currently in the renting trap, I am spending all my money on rent so I have no money to save for a mortgage. I know this is the situation faced by many at present but I'm just wondering are there anyways to buy a house without a deposit?. I know a lot to ask from any bank or building society but I am hoping there is some loop hole. Having paid rent for over 6 years I have shown capability to pay a mortgage. I just need a loop hole to get on the property ladder.

Thanks for the help, if anyone can provide some :)
