    Have emailed 365 security ths morning, only to receive an email back statng mail box full.  Is there anybody else we contact over a suspected faud?r

    If you suspect that you have fraud on your account, you can call Bank of Ireland Direct on 0818 365 365 /00353 1 4044000 for a representative to look into this for you further. Our representatives are available on this number 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends. 

    Alternatively, you can send this query when you are logged into your account on 365 Online, choose the Online Service Desk and then the Ask a Question option.

    Is there a specific address I can write to, as I want to send copies of correspondence etc relating to this matter
