tumblr not working...

    tumblr hasn't been working on chrome for a couple of days now. I've cleared the cache and flushed the dns (whatever that means) and that should have worked according to google but it hasn't. When i go into tumblr i don't see the dashboard normally I only see a basic html form of the page. I'm not getting any error codes it's just not loading properly. I've opened tumblr using explorer but it shows the exact same html page so it's not a chrome issue it has to be my computer...

    Help.
