increase upload speed

Hi, does you know how I can increase my upload speed???, its needs to be above 1mb so I can work at home. At the moment is around 0.80. I have std landline broadband, thats all I can get in my area.

Upload speed cannot be directly manageable however I can check if there is a package offering a better upload speed if you would like to PM me your eircom account number?
