Issue of Bill

    For godsake can Eircom issue a bill to me ?
    Its been 4 months I took account, 01-04-2015, till date there is no bill sent to me. I dont know my account number to quote. All I have is landline number .
    Even after I made several calls to customer support, there was no proper action take so far. I was assured that a bill will be sent out as immediate action. 

    Still No ACTION.  Is there anything else that I can do to get to know my account number.
