Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

    I'm looking to start or join an existing band and get back playing.
    My influences are widely varied and I'm willing to try just about anything.
    I'm looking for like minded souls who want to try something a little bit daring,
    I've included some links below to previous work and
    rehearse in chapelizod,

    influences include but not limited to:

    Galactic, Clutch, The Meters, The afgan whigs, QOTSA, FNM, Tomahawk, Bjork, Nerve, Radiohead, Nas, Kanye West, Dr John, Fantomas etc etc.

    Hey im a 18 year old lead guitarist living outside of galway, been playing for about 5 years can play bass and drums aswell. I kno im young but I am a capable musician and very interested to try something new and try to make something original! Weve very similar influences and I watched that video on youtube and it sounds class! If your interested in jamming let me kno! If needs be I can get a video of my playing to you

    Hi

    I've got an exciting project that you might like and I'm hoping to enlist your services. I liked the look of your ad - there aren't too many ads that will list the Meters as one of their main influences.
    The sound combines a few elements. Mostly disco/funk and electronic music played on Guitar, Bass, Synths and samples.

    Finding the right drummer I think is the key to getting this sound right. Especially for live - a drummer is the cornerstone of this working. If you're interested I'd like to send you on a couple of links to give you an idea.

    We're mid way completing another EP and I'd like to get someone involved before that's complete so they can have a stake in the final product. So far, I've used high quality multitrack drum samples.
