    I need to make a lot of calls from my mobile to a UK mobile. I am looking at getting a Meteor sim but I suddenly thought about VOIP.

    So which provider provides the lowest cost with the best quality ?

    Are they not mutually exclusive?

    IMO you get what you pay for in most cases.

    I use freevoipdeal for UK and Lithuanian calls, no issues with call quality for me.

    You do need to keep an eye on the rates as they can suddenly sky rocket. UK mobile is currently 1c a minute inc VAT.
