Hello,

Does anyone know if there is any email marketing & crm software that will allow you send emails to your leads / customers, a/b test and manage your customers all through one package


MY IDEAL SOFTWARE
- create a new campaign, for example called 'Email Campaign 1'
- add 5 (A, B, C, D, E) different versions of the same email to the campaign (choosing different Subject Lines and changing the content around)
- manually choose 1 of the 5 emails and email it to a potential customer
- manually choose other versions of the email and manually email them to various other potential customers
- all emails are sent from my company email address (and not some 3rd party service email address)
- review the campaign dashboard that shows how many emails were sent out for each version of A, B, C, D, E along with the number and % of emails that were opened
- different employees can login and send emails through the same campaign but from their email address (peter@domain.com, paul@domain.com)
- update each customer to a different sales status (contacted, not interested, no reply, live)

Not in one package. But you will find most CRM packages "connect" with most Email Marketing tools. So HighriseCRM will connect to MailChimp. They are distinctly different things and while your CRM needs are simple your Email marketing needs are complex and will need a fully featured system.
