    Hello, I know this has been asked a lot, but I've only managed to see it asked on an individual basis. Apologies if this specific question has been asked before and I've managed to miss it.

    Myself and 3 others are looking at renting a place. We're all only going to be there for 6 months, but the minimum lease is for one year. Is it still possible for all 3 of us to move and reassign the lease, or does that just work when it's one person? Really getting desperate for a place to live now so I am considering this, but don't want to get trapped in a lease if there's no way out.

    Yes you may assign the lease for all three of you at once.
