    Hi guys-

    They're in the process of inviting applications for positions on the incoming board of the adoption authority.

    If you're a solicitor/barrister, a social worker or a psychologist- with experience in adoption and/or family law- this would be a very interesting position.

    There is a stipend for any board members who are not pre-existing public sector employees (pre-existing civil servants and/or other public sector employees- who meet the position requirements are eligible to go for posts- but will not be remunerated for partaking on the board).

    Its an excellent opportunity for people involved in adoption to help shape the adoption authority and its activities over the next 5 years.

    Please be sure to read the information booklet before applying- to ensure you meet the prerequisite experience and qualifications for the posts.

    Closing date- midnight on the 27th August- aka- you have exactly one month from today.
