Digital scan of B&W photo

I have a black and white photo that I want to get scanned and keep as a digital photo. Where would I get this done to very high quality? ie using professional equipment, not basic flatbed scanner

This studio had an ad in their window saying that they specialise in restoring old photos. Might be worth a call.
