Hmmm seems the phone was orderable a few mins ago so I placed my order for the 64GB one. Went for standard shipping, does that mean about 2 weeks wait?

I just got an invite for the two from oneplus. Thing is, I have the one. Anyone here upgrade from the one to the two? Did it change your life? Were you just annoyed by having to buy new chargers? :-)

Please take me off the list. Have preordered the Nexus 6p but just to try it out - doubt I'll be keeping it! Will probably end up heating LG G4 or Note 55.

Mine arrived in Dublin one week after I ordered.

II have the two sitting at home haven't got round to changing full time yet! Easiest thing is get the converter and keep it on your keyring.

Is it the bit that plugs into the phone that has changed? assume it is USB at other end still?

Invite expired and they wont be renewing it; even though ticket was opened and had a live chat with the agent who took the screen shots etc. If this is customer service of the future, best just walk away now.

I got an email with an invite yesterday, anyone want it? It says it will only work with my email address, so I don't know how transferable it is...

Seconded, thanks to the lads for putting this together. I ended up getting the invite from 1+ and ordered the phone yesterday. If I get another invite because I purchased I will share on here.

Still no emails from OnePlus confirming anything about my order.
Ordered on sat and PayPal payment completed at the same time.
Even though when I log into my OnePlus account it shows that the order is pending shipment I'm worried that I've received no emails whatsoever from them.
I opened a ticket with them 36 hours ago and no reply to that either .

I've had 2 invites that I could not use last one was on to customer support sat night 2 hours today a specialist emailed me to resolve it
Going for a Zuc z1 joke of a company.
I believe there is a grounding issue with them.
Zuc has cyanogenmod installed that's all I want really. ..

Its a joke. 5-10 days to PROCESS the order and then 3-5 or 5-7 (depending on shipping method) days for shipping!

Some here were saying it took 4 days to ship and 3 days to deliver, some took much longer

I think it must be done in batches so some people hit the end of a batch and get it shipped pretty quick whereas others just miss a batch and have to wait thise extra days. Mine was 7 days from order to delivery was pretty happy with that but someone else had theirs dispatched the same day despite ordering after me.

They have a number on their site. I called it and they answered it super fast one evening. They have surprisingly amazing customer service on the phone(Better than Google IMO)

Its mad yeah. To be honest I wouldn't mind if I had even gotten an email to say the order has gone through but will be delayed. But to receive nothing from them is extracting the urine !

When yours was dispatched or collected by DHL in China, did you get an email or did it give a time on tracking? Can you find out what time it was?

So if it passes that time tomorrow, I'll be out of my misery and know they won't be shipped until next week.

They have just emailed me to see if I was satisfied or not.
They have still not addressed the issue of not being able to use the invites.ffs

Thanks newacc2015, I'll have a look for that in the morning.

Finally managed to get through to them on the live chat, my order has gone through but I will only receive an email once the order status changes (currently its pending shipment).

I have free US landline calls on my landline. So it didnt cost me anything. I think google does(well they did) offer free landline calls to the US and Canada on their hangout app

Yeh you get an email letting you know its on its way and that you can check it via your one plus account. Its pretty quick once its on its way think it was two days with dhl then a day with parcel motel.

Worth checking the orders page on your account just in case there was an issue with the email.
