    Hi,

Is it possible to put money in a custom savings account outside of my regular direct debit. If I receive a sum of money, will I have to wait for it to be taken bit by bit or can I deposit it all in one go to the savings account?

    Thanks.

    Hi gwakamoley,

    Thanks for your post.

To make payments on your Custom Saver accounts this can be done by direct debit only, you can pay your direct debit up to 750e fortnightly or 1500e per month.

To amend your direct debit this can be done online through Banking365 'Online service desk' then 'Ask a question' or alternatively by calling BOI Direct on 0818 365365.

If you would like to discuss your savings options over the phone please call 0818 200347 or alternatively you can 'book an appointment' with an Advisor in your branch here .

    I hope this helps,

    Janette
