I might make an unpleasant bedfellow. I flail about and get too hot and my too much hair gets stuck in the poor unfortunates face.

Sleep is a mysterious thing. It's like our lives are completely suspended for a few hours every night. Or day.

    Cuddles lead to snuggles
    snuggles lead to spooning
spooning leads to....well ya get the drift :)

It's certainly is, there're plenty of arguments in medicine about its purpose and whether or not it's something we could do without. It also seems that it's only the last two hundred years that we started sleeping for 7-9 hours, the norm used to be 2 sleeps of 4 hours and so people did stuff at night.

It's insane the way our work culture seems to force people Into a specific sleeping and waking pattern. I mean having to work a 9 to 5 if you are most productive at 7pm. There is little flexibility there. Then again there is also little flexibility when it comes to individuality. Everyone must be a team player and go to office parties. And things.

I worked in a not for profit public sector organisation for years and it was the exact same so it isn't just the corporate world.

Most people don't have the imagination to think for themselves though. But that's the way they've been conditioned. Education is still based on producing good little drones for factory labour. It's madness what we put ourselves through for the gain if a small few rich old white men that control the world's economy.
