    So we are all enjoying a sit. Excellent. For optimum mental fitness I recommend at least 12 sits in a day for prolonged periods of time. To speed up the process you can drink buckets of tea/beer and eat biscuits and cake. Pringle samitches and wispa bites are good too. As your instructor I will be requiring progress reports via PM.

    I can report that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is indeed worthy of the hype so far.

    However, I have not yet gotten the horse to poop, nor attatched a balloon to a goat as of yet.
