Painting a room, started the preparation an hour ago, finished it and here i am goofing off online...

A snowy kinda white, or as i have now dubbed it cocaine white

I got a lot of free time, so i figured i'd chip in and lend a hand, Actually very skilled with a paintbrush, so i know what i'm doing

btw yea few times i painted my room and ceiling too so its cool, good you can do it yourself : )

ahh nice one I agree the prep is a big part of it

all good apart from being sick with a cold, resting up in folks house. sipping a honey and squash drink here

I wouldn't know about pink elephants now :pac:, worse thing about painting a ceiling, craning your neck back at an angle, and trying not to get paint in your eyes, or on the face..

Hasn't happened yet, so far so good

Yeah you never realize how dirty a house is until you start painting preparation, good lord all the dirt :eek:

Boo-urns to being sick, but milk it for all it's worth , one of the benefits of being sick, having others run around doing stuff for ya, while you laze on the couch watching television and sipping honey and lemon, or in your case honey and squash

Ya see, the trick to avoiding that is switching off the lights on the wall before starting painting :P

There is something here bumbling for Ireland in my Living-room and I have no idea where it is!! It sounds like it's coming from up the fireplace! :eek::rolleyes: It sounds more like a Wasp, but I'm kind-of hoping that it's just 1 of those bumbling flies that buzz a lot whatever ya call them?!? Bluebottles I think or something. I hope it's just 1 of them as I don't really like Wasps. See this is why a fella should be a requirement in one's life he'd get rid of it for me in a second! :pac:

true, take it easy and let others run around, after studying very hard since April. Should be grand in a few days
