Power Outages?

Does anyone know what caused the power outages last night in Castlebar, first outages happened early in the evening, then it went again from just after 23.00 till 02.00 although not everywhere was affected.

The guy in charge of the meter went out to get change and forgot to come back

I heard talk of a fire near the substation off the N5, but haven't been able to get any more details.
