Funny how it's ok to take the piss out of people on social media when it suits him.

No kindness from Bryan today? Who was the subject of his ridicule today? Trump? BoJo?

Cummings. He was reading out memes and finding them hilarious

He was having great craic slagging Cummings cos he (Tubridy) is a 'political anorak'. His words. Knob.

    Kindness
    Books
A mention for what seemed like every bookshop on the East coast of Ireland
    Gorgeous letters
    Gorgeous cards
    Niceness
A chat to a young Irish lady with an American accent living in Reykjavik
    Dogs:

I'm involved in a number of Dog Charities and Rescues, but I couldn't give a dog to Bryan Turdriddy, that would be cruel and unusual punishment.

Upcoming - a Live Line quiz (probably nicked from the jornal a few weeks ago). Gold potential.

    Toy Show mention. Of course.

Forgot to mention that the prize for the Live Line Quiz is a stay in Clontarf Castle. Of course! Of course!

  • Registered Users Posts: 53,028 ✭✭✭✭ButtersSuki

This quiz is so simple even Mr. Duffy would get some (not all) of the questions correct.

Bryan: What "h" does Joe tell you to wash?
Bryan: What day of the week does Funny Friday take place on?

Basically it was a puff piece to promote another one of Noel Kelly's stable of "talent".

A 10 minute ad for Liveline dressed up as a quiz.

Tubbs: what TV show was described as " worse than porn" by a Liveline caller?

    Caller. The Late Late Show.

    Yes. He was.

    Books,books,books.

    But,to be fair,he only mentioned it between 9 and 10am .

This could be the new idea to spin promotions into on air content. How long untill the toy show quiz?

It's quite normal to promote another show on the same station.

Standard operating procedure in media all over the world.

He'll be calling for a little 'work' trip to Reykjavík next. "Make it so".

"Never buy books from big bad Amazon"

He'd probably have some sort of identity crisis if someone reminded him how many Irish people they employ.

Mark my words the toy show and all the crew will be coming from some far flung place this year. No expense will be spared

    Such a pretentious knob....

He has this idea that it makes him oh so intellectual and cultured....

For such a supposed reader, he seems to know next to fooking nothing when trying to broadcast and interview...

Pretentious is the word. Books mentioned in pretty much every link this morning, vomit inducing stuff. He nearly choked when the healthcare worker spoke about doing a 12 hour shift, a long time since Tubs did one of those. It's kindness and reading every day of the week.

Well he spends the 1st couple of months of a new year chatting about the previous Toy Show, then starts chatting about the next Toy Show around April, so they are usually a total of maybe 2 months when it isn't talked about.

Quick question, why do you call him "Bryan"?

      Just curious is all.

Oh hi Aonghus, haven't seen you around here in a while, hope you're well? Nice of you to ask politely rather than hurling abuse and insults like you usually do.

Mr. Tubridy has mentioned more than once that when he's out and about members of the public say hello to him and compliment him on the amazing job he's doing and while he's grateful for same, they frequently call him "Bryan" which causes him a modicum of discomfort. So naturally I use it all the time now.

Thanks Butters. Been busy as an essential worker and all that.

I hardly ever listen, so I did not know that about Tubs.

I don't hurl abuse or insult anybody, public figure or not.

      Have a nice day.
