What was that all about. Did they just ring some Irish person in France out of the blue. For a quick four minute chat?

'Thanks for "MOST" of the team being here this week!'

What sort of dig was that to the staff that have to work with him?

I didn't detect the hysterical laughter today.

I was just about to post something similar. Let's hope he never tunes in to John Creddon. He and his crew would stage a full on walk out.

Pity he didn't take a leaf out of Creedon's book and play The Flaming Lips!
Alas theyre "not the type of thing we play around here", or words to that effect.
Guess two 'risky, edgy' songs in one day would ensure a mass walk out of all of RTE.

Presumably some poor sod is in enforced isolation because of a Covid test, not very nice if that was the case. Unless someone has sneaked off on a foreign holiday and he's having a dig at that?

The monicker for the relish which I liked most was "Paedo Sauce", which I learned from boards doe ie no less. Also a boardsie recommened the Lidl variant, it's very good.

Darina is doing an ad for Eir Broadband at the moment. I posted this in the advertising section, but how on earth anyone thought that was a good idea considering the family's history with the internet is beyond me.

What a waste of a good interview opportunity giving it to the manchild

Agreed, Wenger is a very astute, intelligent and interesting carachter. Will be a waste to present him with a cue card asking "how are you / football getting on with covid" and "you and Mourinho dont get along, can you please give us a soundbite?"

Does he read books though?

Tubs Z interviewing sports people is always comically bad, even more comically bad than usual.

I remember a few years ago when they had Padraig Harrington, and Tubridy asked him all about Tiger Woods escapades. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. But it is just silly, when they have a whole sports department in there, to give this interview for a man who has no interested in soccer at all.

Double header on the sports front tonight, Tubs can demonstrate his rugby knowledge when he speaks to Rob Kearney. Spare us.

This week is Irish Book Week. I wonder will Bryan mention this?

Great opportunity for more freebie touting, I would have thought.

Brace yourself for “our friends at Hodges Figgis”, “our friends at <insert local bookshop here>” ad nauseum this week.
