T-Shirt Printing? -Text

I want to get some text printed on a t-shirt... In pretty small sized font.. Specific details are unique below...

Is there a reasonbly priced printing shop/service available for this as most shops ask for 20+ for an image... this is only text and would provide my own t-shirt!..

Easiest thing might be to buy transfer paper and print it ourself and iron it on?

Example started for you there with Vistaprint, they're very good, open an account with them and in the next few days they'll send you offers like 20% off your first order etc so cost reduced by quite alot.

Edit again to say, you can't use your own t shirt with them but if you don't find a way to use your own this'd be a good way to go.
