    This company took over the council collection in Cork. They inherited all the waiver customers a lot of OAPs and bill six months in advance. When I tried to cancel on behalf of my mother due to her being moved to a hospice with a terminal illness they refused to refund the balance she had paid in advance. So moral of the story do not pay them in advance.
